Snow Storm to Impact Northeastern US Friday

We are now seeing some of the coldest weather this winter on the east coast and it is likely to give us a few chances for snow over the next 2 weeks.  This Friday a system will push across the Carolina’s and much of the northeastern US.  This system won’t bring major snow totals, but many places could see some accumulation on Friday including portions of North Carolina and Tennessee.  The largest amount of snow will fall in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.  For areas in the central US this system will bring snow on Thursday.  This system could linger into Saturday for the far northeastern US states.  We are also monitoring another system next Monday and Tuesday of next week, which could bring decent snowfall totals to the northeast once again.  We will be posting an update on that system later this afternoon.  Be sure to like us on Facebook by clicking here to get the most recent infomation on severe weather.
